Ant founded Haven Coast Group after building his career from the ground up. Leaving school in 1987, he entered the workforce with determination and learned his craft through hands‑on experience across multiple industries. Starting as an apprentice motor mechanic, he progressed into welder fabrication and mechanical fitting, gaining a deep understanding of how things are built, he then went on to construction, learning how teams operate, and how real work gets done.
His natural leadership and problem‑solving ability saw him rise through the ranks—first to Team Leader, then Supervisor, Site Manager and eventually Project Manager. Over more than 20 years, Ant delivered complex, high‑risk construction projects across the UK, including major infrastructure works and multi‑million‑pound schemes where precision, safety, and sequencing were critical.
Ant's experience in Construction Management, reinforcing decades of practical experience with structured academic grounding. This combination of real‑world knowledge and professional training forms the backbone of Haven Coast Group’s modern, disciplined approach.
